The three scores

Foundation Score: How well the six foundations are in place.
Execution Score: How well the five pillars work together. A weak pillar pulls the whole score down.
Agility Score: How often the canvas is revisited to stay aligned with strategy. Measured once the canvas is in use.

Each score has a matching gap score: the distance still to go.

Measurement waves

Baseline → After change → Follow-up. From the second wave on, each question is asked twice: where you are now, and where you now think you were at the start.
