How your answers are stored and reported

Your individual answers are visible only to you. Your organisation's administrator cannot see them, and neither can your colleagues.

Combined results are shown to your organisation's administrators. A group — a unit, a management level or a function — is only shown when it contains at least 3 people. Smaller groups are merged into "Other", and if "Other" is still smaller than 3 it is not shown.

We store your name, email, organisation, unit, management level, function and answers. They are used only to produce your organisation's results and anonymised benchmarks across organisations.

Your organisation's administrator can ask for the organisation's data to be deleted at any time.
